1 Key to your New Self

In order to become your new self, you must increase self-awareness to stop being your old self. One primary way to do so is what brain experts call "metacognition."

Deliberate Self-Awareness is Key

Unlike most creatures on this earth, you and I have a special feature. We have the ability to observe our own thoughts and determine the self we would like to be. This ability allows us to critically evaluate ourselves. Once you know what you're thinking you get to make a plan to get what you really want to achieve.

The first key to your new self is to increase your self-awareness and choose behaviors that become more of who you want to become.
