Five Feelings People Crave
By Kevin

Among decades of research we have found that man cannot control their feelings. In fact, the best we've been able to develop ways that we can respond to powerful emotions. One significant insight came decades ago.

We have discovered five principal feelings which have been identified as principal motivators of all human behavior.

Love

Fun

Freedom

Power

Belonging

Think about your very self.

These are the pleasurable feelings which draw you to crave affection, excitement, empowerment, choice, and partnership. It has been this seeking pleausre that led to creating families, amusement parks, sports, governments, support groups, and countless more structures in our world.

Your own behavior is driven by one or five of these feelings. These are feelings we seek, enjoy, and crave more than any.

The very clothes you wear, food you eat, the car you drive, and items you keep in your own home are drive by one of these five feelings. These feelings even helped you determine who you were going to start and keep friendships, romatic relationships, and marriage.

The difficulty is the several feelings that we struggle with: fear, dread, anger, sadness, and frustrations (to name a few). We don't spend far enough time, effort, and skill at being able to master how to handle these feelings. I have devoted my career to finding and helping create more effective ways for human beings, particulalry you manage these central extraordinary painful feelings.

For now, enjoy the pleasurable feelings. For it is these five feelings which tell you more of who you really are.
