Refuel Your Tank

High achievers, those who get the most out of their week, need a chance to recharge their battery. Each Sunday gives you an excellent opportunity to do the same. Here are three ways you can fuel up for the week ahead.

Decide what matters most

In all phases of your life, determine what you intend to do with your significant other, your family, and your work. Decide two or three things you can do to improve the relationship between yourself and each phase of your life.

Believe in Yourself

Among those two or three actions in each phase of your present life, believe it is worth accomplishing. Once you tell your mind this is how it's going to be, it will begin to produce ways to accomplish it.

Rest and Relax

Your brain and your body needs time to rest. The research is clear. Give yourself 7 to 8 hours of sleep, you begin your day with an increase of calm and clarity. Give your body this much time today and you are well on your way to a great start to intentional accomplishments for the week ahead.
